Order Processing Times Because our items are hand-crafted or made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production prior to shipment. You will receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your package ships.

International Duties & Taxes International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT imposed by your local government. These fees are incurred once a package reaches its destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier's system.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
